The DTC Partnership leads the promotion and advancement of Downtown Columbia as a vibrant, economically robust and desirable place for employment, entertainment, living and learning.

The functions of the DTC Partnership include supporting transportation initiatives; initiating and sponsoring cultural arts and sustainability programs; implementing downtown beautification and maintenance projects; and promoting public safety.

DTC Partnership and its members and partners work together to create the events and activities that serve as a magnet to attract current and future residents and businesses to Downtown Columbia.
